I am a loyal customer and will remain so but I would not order this device from Digitec.
@Digitec I am really disappointed as a customer. Sure, you made a disclaimer and a FAQ about delivery problems regarding the Google Pixel but come on.

- I ordered on 02.10. with delivery date on 06.11.
- Shortly before 06.11. I received an email that you were sticking to the delivery date at the beginning of November.
- On 06.11. then the postponement to the beginning of December.
- Today my order says "expected FEBRUARY 2021".

Sorry but no communication from you, just nothing. My CHF 699 have been on your account since 02.10., so you would think that you would at least receive a message.

How about just a sensible answer? Is that too much to ask?

Ok, I just received the email with the explanation. My rant is now history, as is my Pixel 5 order with you ;-) It's a real shame that it didn't work out this time with the Pixel via Digitec. But that's the way it goes when Google doesn't want to sell itself in the Swiss market... Let's see if 5G will ever be activated on the Pixel 5 in Switzerland... See you next time @digitec!
