I already have the Creative Sound BlasterX G6 DAC: https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/creative-sound-blasterx-g6-usb-soundkarte-9896186 Can I connect the headset to the DAC with an AUX splitter?

You don't need an AUX splitter, the Astro A40 already has this integrated in the cable.
