I agree with the positive reviews, but I have a problem. The monitor takes power from my (mini) PC, although it is definitely connected to a USB charger. This heats up my mini PC, and the PC also complains about USB requesting more power than the PC can deliver. Has anyone encountered this issue? PS. Trying a stronger charger now, maybe that helps.
I also had this problem with my laptop until I realised that I was using the wrong port for the power supply unit, the power supply unit was on the upper port marked PD, the input device was on the lower port. Try it out like this... The same applies to the battery mode...
I confirm a_maier, a wrong USB-C port could cause this. Check the monitor to see if the correct port for the power cable is plugged in. That means the adapter for power is in the right place. Good luck. Greetings
