Question about Ugreen Multi

I actually see 16 reviews that account for the 4.1 stars, but only see 4 text comments? Does anyone have this docking station in use and can give a short review on whether it works as stated? I currently have this docking station in use: https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/hyper-drive-universal-usb-c-7-in1-dual-hdmi-mobile-dock-usb-c-7-ports-dockingstation-usb-hub-34604578?supplier=406802 Unfortunately, I keep having problems connecting two external monitors to my Macbook. As the second monitor constantly ensures a connection with the help of the "Instantview" programme, the connection is sometimes unstable and not really smooth. If I also open the laptop, the whole system is unstable. I have connected two monitors 4k (60) + Full HD (100) with HDMI. Would this Ugreen Multi be more suitable for my case, as it also promises to connect two external monitors and not even with the laptop open? Does it also require software to activate the monitors?
