Question about Sony WH-1000XM6

So far, I find it very comfortable with the glasses. However, I use the headphones in the office and therefore don't use them every day for hours on end. The ANC is great.

I think that would depend on the glasses itself. My glasses sit fairly flat against my head behind the ears, therefore the pressure - although you can feel it - isn’t what I would call uncomfortable. Even after a few hours with them on.
I do highly suggest though, to give them a try in a store, just to be sure.
Comfortability is such a highly subjective thing…
