How useful is the protective cover that is included? Is it of high quality or do you recommend another protective cover instead?

It is a simple, transparent cover made of rubber or similar material.
It fits well and is not bulky, but doesn't have much padding around it.
Unfortunately, I can't say whether it protects well, but I've never dropped my phone with it.

But then I bought another cover, mainly for visual reasons.
