How tightly do they hold? For example, if you hang upside down when doing sports? Or when you make jerky movements in all directions?

Turns out they don't hold if you have a bit of momentum upside down, the things regularly fly through the sports hall. But they are still ok.

It holds up really well (broadjump burpees, sudden movements, etc.).

no problem at all, hold very well, you hardly feel them and they don't wobble either. Highly recommended.

I have tried a few headphones for sports. I've had the best experience with these. What I have never tried, head down and then also wiggling my head... but I suspect they will still hold. Running, jumping, head movements - no problem at all.
