I wouldn't call the keyboard quiet either, but it suits me fine.
The keyboard strokes are rather loud.
Really quiet (no longer audible) is the identical K295 keyboard, which is unfortunately only available in the combo as MK295 (920-009796).

The keyboard is rather loud. If you're looking for a quiet keyboard, I wouldn't recommend this one.
