How often can you use the vacuum pad before it no longer adheres properly? Can I buy them separately?

It is not an adhesive surface but a vacuum surface. The manufacturer states the following: If the vacuum surface of the boon should ever become dirty, you can clean the boon again under warm water, then air dry it and the boons will hold again like on the first day.
