how much more performance does the Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070S Windforce OC (8GB) have than this graphics card what do you recommend because I also pay a lot of attention to the optics?

The 2070s will be about 10-20% more powerful but the 2060s is good for the price/performance ratio but maybe not because this version was designed with looks in mind.
