Question about MediaRange CD case

I wouldn't stack it with 1000 CDs! The weight is immense, i.e. you can't just carry it away. The bottom one would probably hold the weight, as it's primarily the corners that are loaded. The case is also made of thin aluminium, which makes it relatively stable when closed.

The cases are stackable and quite heavy when loaded with 1000CD's, but I did not weigh them. As a space-saving storage place they are then sufficient, but I strongly advise against daily use or even transport due to quality defects of the cases.
