Helpful answer
The adapter or replacement cable is free of charge if you complain to Digitec customer service that the device cannot be used because of the wrong plug.

However, I would not use an adapter for the monitor. The power cable is plugged in, so you can easily replace the entire power cable with one that has a Swiss plug. This way, the plug is not bulky and blocks other slots in the socket or power strip.

Digitec (or any other Swiss dealer) is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the appliance is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or alternatively if the mains cable is permanently connected, a suitable adapter should be supplied.

If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge.

Hoi Ninofu
Didn't you get an adapter?
If so, ask Digitec/Galaxus directly :)
Otherwise approx. 10 to 20 CHF.
