How much do these things hold? Is it possible to twist the cables together and then hold them to the table with one piece, how much weight can be attached?
I wouldn't use them to solve this problem. They are designed to combine cables into one strand.
Use something like this:
VR-Technics cable tie base 2.5mm
(You can also get them at the hardware store for much less ;) )
