I would like to assess whether it is worth buying a "refill". The refill explicitly states that it contains 3ml. Is that the content of a whole pen up to 100% or just a part? It would of course be an incredibly clever sales strategy if it only filled up 50% of the pen's capacity - you can't check anything

The BOSS also contains 3ml. So you can refill the brand completely with a refill.
