How long is the warranty period? Apple speaks of 12 months. Swiss law officially states 24 months. What exactly applies? What does Galaxus do in the 2nd year in the event of a warranty claim?

I'd send it back to Galaxus, who'll make arrangements with Apple to make the warranty work, which is surprising coming from Apple, because in Europe, the warranty is 2 years.

Apple offers 1 year directly. This means that if you buy a device and it breaks during the 1-year warranty period, you can go directly to the Apple Shop and have it repaired or replaced there. If it breaks after more than a year, you have to take the device back to where it was bought. That's the difference.
