How long are the cables of the pads? Can you also relieve bad neck/shoulder tension with them? (loosening of the musculature)

The cable is about 120 cm long. Yes, you just have to know where to start so that you hit the right points, but the Tens devices help me a lot. They also help with muscle and joint pain etc. I can only recommend it. I also have another larger Omron Tens device, the best according to me. Greetings
