Question about Samsung Galaxy Tab A

How is the quality of the cameras when recording video? As a coach of a team sport, I want to use the tablet for recording during training and matches, among other things. The videos should also be able to be viewed in slow motion and the players should be able to view themselves via the front camera. Is the device suitable for this purpose?
