How is it that it costs 249 dollars, or 221 chf abroad, including on the 7 Artisans website, and so expensive in Switzerland?

Prices are based on supply and demand, suppliers and availability of goods. As far as the price difference is concerned, there may simply be additional taxes and charges. This is why the item may cost less in other countries.
