Something must have gone wrong with the transmission. The correct dimensions would be
W: 35.0 cm x D: 30.0 cm x H: 180.0 cm
Many thanks for the advice.
Regarding the rotation, it is possible to angle the head, but not to rotate it 180 degrees to bring the light to the ceiling.
