How do you get replacement cables, ear muffs and head piece, i.e. leather head support? For example, the D7200 only has a large jack. The smaller 5200 only has the small jack plug and I think the largest 9200, which is only available in hi-fi/hi-end shops, has both cables and is expensive enough. I have the D7200 and the D5200 and would like to have replacements of everything. The head section is more stable on the 7200, on the small Kunstelder that slowly disintegrates and falls apart. Since there are screws, you might assume that you can replace it, but where can I get the individual products? Some of the Teufel headphones have replacement ear cups or cables. Can you order them or do I have to ask Denon myself?

I once had the same question regarding replacement cables for the same headphones and was referred by Denon to cebrands.ch. In the end, cebrands.ch suggested the K55.ch shop for replacement headphone cables and I bought one there. Not original Denon, but absolutely ok and comparable in terms of quality and price, they have quite a large selection. But I would ask cebrands.ch for the headband and ear cups. I would also be interested to see if they have any, as I have the D5200 ;)  Hope that helps you a bit.
