How do I switch on the microphone on the Open Swim Pro?

I have now used my Open Swim Pro several times, on the bike and on the lake. The sound is good and they are waterproof, as promised. But I was also planning to make phone calls on the bike and that hasn't worked so far. I don't see any relevant settings in the app. If I connect the headphones to my computer, they only appear as audio-out, not as a microphone.

So it should be possible somehow.

It should actually always be on. I just made a call about it and it worked great. The default setting on the mobile is probably so that Bluetooth is not automatically switched on when a device is available. Perhaps the Shokz app also needs to be installed for it to work.

Im using the same headset. the mic is turned on by default. there is no on or off setting. However in whatsapp or your phone app make sure you are using the Bluetooth connection for your call by pressing the speaker icon and then select the bluetooth icon.
