Question about Artemide Tolomeo Micro

There are two versions of this model: one where the bulb can be changed (E14 base, unscrew the bulb and screw in the new one, which must not be too long), the other where the lighting element (LED) cannot be changed. The first version, which appears to be this model, allows you to choose the wattage of the bulb.

Unfortunately the bulb is inaccessible and therefore cannot be unscrewed.
which I didn't know!
Is there a solution?
