How do I activate the Alt Gr + G key combination on this type of mechanical keyboard? Because if you've noticed, it doesn't have the "arobose" logo (@ was added by simply copying and pasting). Is this a manufacturer's defect? Should I return it to the supplier? I've tried several combinations but it refuses to work.

It is working normally with mine (just tested in Mac and WIN mode by using the switch on the backside). I would try factory resetting the keyboard by pressing fn + J + Z for 4 seconds and see if it solves the problem. Maybe also flashing an updated firmware. Hope it helps.
