How can I use the Smart Tamper of the De'Longhi La Specialista Opera correctly? If I grind directly into the sieve, the ground coffee ends up as an overflowing pile. The Smart Tamper simply pushes this pile down without distributing the grounds. Result: channelling and every extraction turns out differently. At 17 g in the double sieve, I've already reached the limit - I can't fit any more in. Am I doing something wrong, or is this simply the weakness of this system?
