How can I use the screen in 5120 x 1440 resolution at 60Hz with the MacBook Air M1? In the comments I read something about changing the USB setting, which I don't understand how to do. I would appreciate your help very much.

I have a MacBook Pro with this monitor and keep having problems with the resolution. It's basically due to the faulty macOS Big Sur. However, if you take the USB C cable that comes with the monitor, download the Switch Res X tool and try a bit, the Mac usually accepts the resolution. Sometimes it helps to plug the monitor in and out of the USB C port 4 or 5 times or to change the port.

I connected my MacBook Air M1 to the Philips monitor with a USB C cable. The resolution is 60Hz without any problems. It also charges the MacBook Air M1 and transmits video and audio to the monitor. Even the cam from the monitor works.
