If necessary, simply go to Google: Amazon Echo Login and set up an account there. Connect your Echo to it and then have fun setting it up ;)

Via the Alexa app. However, you must use an Apple ID from another country or download an APK from the Internet, as the Alexa app is not available in Switzerland.
