Question about Speedlink Volity Ready

How can I mute the mic? I bought the Speedlink yesterday and don't understand where I can quickly mute/unmute myself in the game, for example? it can't be that i have to go into the settings every time to do this? otherwise I have to return it and buy another one with an integrated mute button... Many thanks
