Hello Kabaz
I assume you still have a pair of headphones from the past. These have a jack plug with a diameter of 2.5 or 3.5 mm. This does not work with the A16.
A16 has a USB-C connection. This is at the bottom of the mobile phone and is also used for charging. The USB-C connector is the standard today and
is used as a connection for various functions. The market offers various headphone models with USB-C connectors for 15 - 25 CHF.
Ask your mobile phone seller who is sure to have an offer. GALAXY also offers such models.
If you want to use the headphones while charging your device, you must use a USB-C split cable, which is available on the market from various retailers. This variant may not work with the A15.
Ask your dealer.
