Question about Fairphone 5

The parcel is actually a large envelope. it is delivered personally against signature and not put in the letterbox.

The package is very small (no cable+power supply) and fits in the milk crate. For me it did not come against signature

In my case, it was stuck - without a signature - in the slot of the letterbox (too big to fit through).
For a €700 shipment, I found this casual delivery by DHL inappropriate. Especially since otherwise you have to sign for every little thing.
