Question about Sharkoon SATA QuickPort Internal Multi, 2.5/3.5" SATA
How are the USB3 connected? Is there a controller or do you have to have it internally already?
Hello Raomain. I solved it with my new system as follows. Since I was already using the USB3 port on the mainboard for the case front USB3, I installed an additional controller Delock 89315 PCI Express 2x USB 3.0 LP. This allowed me to connect the Sharkoon and there were an additional two USB3 ports on the back. Works flawlessly.
Must be plugged into the mainboard. One connector for both USB3 sockets on the front.
