Question about ASUS ROG Strix Wireless

Hmm, doesn't work with my Mac. USB dongle and headset can be synced. MacOS recognises the dongle but does not recognise it as a sound output and input device. Therefore NOP. There is a lot of noise via the audio cable and cable operation is not the idea of such a wireless headset.
