Question about RHA TrueConnect

Hi mine don't pair... they are listed separately in the bluetooth settings and i can connect both but the sound only comes out of one . to that i can control with both so pressing play works with both but music only comes out of one .... I am desperate :) what can I contact? LG Lars

Delete all connections (with RHA) on the device and pair again with the headphones with the red dot. Then it should actually work.
