Hi I've had the Heatset since January 2020 and play on the ps4 pro. I am very satisfied with the Heatset. In addition to the very good sound, the wearing comfort is bombastic, even in summer without air conditioning😬. But! Since I've had it, I've had a spontaneous, brief 1-2 second noise. I just can't simulate it! No matter what game, even in the ps main menu when I do nothing, touch nothing! Does anyone have this too or a solution???? (Uptadet's are always gamacht) (Optically (correctly) connected)

Hmmm, strange. Just have it without game dac. But I don't have this problem... Maybe it's the product itself. Have you looked on the internet for these problems? Or if anyone else has the same problem? I wouldn't know a solution to the problem.... Good luck
