Hi, I have two BENQ XL2411 monitors, each of which allows 144hz via DVI-D. However, my new graphics card only has DisplayPorts and HDMI. Would this adapter make it possible to achieve 144hz via the DVI-D interface on the monitor and the DisplayPort interface on the graphics card?

No, the adapter is specified for max. 1920x1200@60Hz. This means that even with FHD it will not manage much more than 60Hz.
