I have an UltraSharp U2719D, but they are now a lot more expensive than they used to be, so I wonder if the extra cost of almost 300.- for this monitor is worth it.
Of course, the question is for what you need the monitor, I would say office/office in the CAD area and partly graphics.
Since I have a U2719D and mostly switch to the Mac for graphics stuff anyway, this is not absolutely necessary for the new one, but logically cool if the difference is not exactly day/night.

Monitor is ok, even if I like the U2715H better from the colours / output....

I am very satisfied with this monitor (office application). You have to decide for yourself whether the 300.00 for a faster response time is worth it.
