Question about MSI X470 Gaming Plus

Hi Together Does anyone have more information about the Ethernet connection? I was able to read one or two negative experiences in other countries via the search engine, but I am still not clear whether this is a DOA case or where the Ethernet problem can really be - i.e. a physical problem or a driver problem?
