Hi there, ...and aHappy New Year! Looking at Dell U3223QE and use the KVM switch with Logitech wireless keyb and mouse (LogiBolt or Unifying). Can one use successfully wireless mouse and keyb with this monitor? Appreciate any feedback on this matter. Cheers!

This works. Whether with Unifying or Bolt.
I have this monitor and employees a wireless keyboard and mouse from Logitech via the built-in KVM switch. A PC and a laptop are connected (via USB-C)

The monitor has various USB ports on the back. You can plug in the wireless dongels, e.g. from Logitech, there. Works perfectly. The monitor also has a built-in Ethernet switch.
I am 100% satisfied with it
