Question about Kingston ValueRAM

Sorry; I had bought this Ram for an Acer notebook. It worked there. Whether they work in a Mac, I don't know.

I didn't understand what year the computer is: that is decisive.
Recent iMacs all have RAM that cannot be replaced.
