The ASUS ZenScreen Touch MB16AMT monitor is not compatible with the iPad Pro in terms of touch screen functionality. Touch screen compatibility is limited to devices with Android version 6.0~9.0 that support the HID multi-touch function, and will not work with iOS or macOS.
However, the monitor can still be connected to the iPad Pro using the USB-C or micro-HDMI ports to display content, but touch screen functionality will not be available.
