Yes and yes, but the pen that comes with it leaves something to be desired in my opinion. When the tip broke off on me, support didn't help either in supplying a replacement tip.
Both displays support MPP 2.0, which means you can use a Surface Pen without any problems. That's what I did and I'm satisfied.
