Question about i-tec USB C to

Hi, I can't get i-tec USB C zu (DP, 7cm) to work on my HP Pavilion X360 or HP Spectre PC - if I connect it to another HP at work that has already been connected with the same system, works, if Iinstall an HP Dock station on my HP pavillion - I can have 2 extra screens, it's like the driver is installing wrong, can you help me, I can't find a driver on the internet to install - thanks for your help
