Hi. For me, the coffee always comes out before the machine really builds up pressure, i.e. during the first few hours of champagne. Once the machine has built up pressure, the pressure display is tip-top until the end. Am I doing something wrong? Many thanks for your tips!

The ground coffee must be pressed really firmly into the portafilter. Also make sure that the grind is very fine. Then it should work.
