Hi Digitec, why are you selling used headphone ???
Today I received your packet, after I opened it, there is no any seal on outside box,
the seal on inside box already opened, and the headphone charge box doesn’t have the protection thin case which it should be there!!
And, when I tried to connect my phone, you know what, the headphone already had someone’s name!!!

So disappointed!!! Immediately I returned it. I already attached photos in Support center, I do believe you knew it’s a used or secondhand items, but can you clarify why it happened???

When I bought mine everything was new. Did you not by accident buy the used or showroom option? Digitec's customer service is very good. I am sure they will sort it out.
