Question about Logitech G G502 Lightspeed

Hi Digitec and community. I also use the mouse for coding, and the function of uncoupling the mouse wheel is essential. Now the wheel is very well mounted, but the mouse wheel has imbalance. Therefore, when I reach the position after scrolling, I let go of my finger, the wheel then turns max. half a turn further to its natural centre of gravity. Is this new normal or should it be considered a defect? Because compared to my G500 and the MX Anywhere 2S, I feel the workmanship is inferior.

I would send the mouse in, that is guaranteed to be a fault. I have several of the G502 LS and have never had anything like this. When did you buy the mouse? If it was purchased less than 14 days ago, it will usually be replaced directly as a "DOA".

Thank you very much. Yes, I thought something like that. It's nice to hear that Logitech's quality standards haven't fallen that low yet. On the other hand, have you noticed the transition from the sensitivity indicator to the left mouse button to the G logo? They could hardly have developed this with sharper edges. A small detail, but astonishing.
