Question about SteelSeries Siberia 800

I had a similar problem. When I disconnected the transmitter from the power supply and reconnected the power the next day, the transmitter crashed immediately after booting up (headset could no longer be connected). If I then disconnected the transmitter from the power supply for about five seconds and plugged it back in, I could connect the headset again. Sent the headset back under warranty, answer: not repairable --> money refunded. I'm glad I did, now I have the GAMEONE from Sennheiser which works perfectly (PS4, cable to controller --> was also necessary with the Steelseries anyway because of the mic).
