asus recommends 850 watts for the graphics card alone.....anyone who has a 4090 in the system probably has an aio in the system or two like ours,plus at least 4 case fans,various hard drives etc,that needs a strong power supply.....I wouldn't go below 1000 watts gold...here are more specs for the card...https://www.asus.com/motherboards-components/graphics-cards/tuf-gaming/tuf-rtx4090-24g-gaming/
