Hi all, what is the difference between the Hue Signe Base BT (Inteligent bulb, 149) and Philips Hue Signe Base (LED bulb, 154cm)?

The only difference is the price and the name of the Hue Signe lamp depending on the supplier. One is sold directly by Galaxus and the other by Möbel Pfister. However, the products are identical and can both be controlled either via a Hue Bridge or Bluetooth.

I was wondering the same thing. According to Philips, BT stands for additional Bluetooth.
I bought this and it would work without HUE bridge (via app).
