Hi all! I don't see the showroom button in the picture what is mentioned in the questions here, but the price is lower than in the Apple Store. Is it really a new (not-showroom) iPad Pro (10.5",256 GB, Space Grey) for 769 CHF, or I just simply don't see the button?

First of all: The Show-Room button is just a marker that you can go to a digitec.ch store (https://www.digitec.ch/de/site) and look at it and test it there. 
These devices are always new and not used.

2. (This is just my opinion) Apple is always overpriced.
