Your RTX 3070 is still superior to the RTX 4060 ti. From a performance point of view, this card is somewhere between an RTX 3060 ti (and even then, there are cases where it does better than the 4060 ti) and an RTX 3070 (it's still a long way ahead).
Having upgraded from an RTX 2060 to an RTX 4060 ti, I don't regret the purchase, as the performance is noticeable.
Buying this graphics card is only justifiable if you own an RTX 20XX or older.
In your case, it would be better to stick with your current card, as it's much better than the RTX 4060 ti.
