Hey, I have a question for all those who already have the Dot lying around. Can you control MyStrom devices through it? If not directly through the Dot, does the IFTTT integration work so you can create an applet there and control it that way? Thanks for the feedback

I don't know MyStrom, but every device to be operated must be accessible via the internet. There is an unofficial skill for MyStrom (https://www.amazon.com/Liip-myStr...), but it might not be any good, and it is only for English-speaking Alexa. IFTTT is supported: https://ifttt.com/amazon_ale...

I have almost a dozen MyStrom WiFi switches in use. There is no official Alexa app from MyStrom yet.

Yes MyStrom and IFTTT work well for On, Off and Trigger. I cannot test the other services for the "Bulb".

For a more flexible use than "if this then that" queries, I have created my own Alexa Skill.

There is an unofficial skill in the .com shop. Doesn't come from MyStrom and is supposed to be crap:
